Where do you invest?

Primarily we invest in and around the town of Lowestoft. Due to this area being our home town we therefore have extensive knowledge of the area and relationships with local estate agents, trades and services.

What’s your strategy?

We have several strategies that we specialise in depending on the property type, location etc from BRRR (Buy-Refurb-Rent-and Refinance) through to commercial development.

Have you had any training?

We have had extensive training in the property market attending various courses/workshops and we are constantly expanding our knowledge. We attend various networking events and are subscribers to property networks to keep up to date with the ever-changing market.

Who do Shreeve Property work with?

We work closely with local estate agents, the local council and service providers who we have built up strong relationships with over our many years investing. We also have our own team of tradesmen on hand for all our property requirements.

How do we invest with Shreeve Property?

It’s a simple process – An initial phone call between yourself and Shreeve Property to understand your goals, followed by a meeting to discuss any further questions you may have. If you wish to proceed in investing, we set up an investment agreement which outlines all contractual details and you start earning as soon as funds are deposited.

Is my money safe?

As with all investment types there is an element of risk however to mitigate this, all funds are loaned with a personal guarantee from the company directors and against the equity of the properties within Shreeve Property’s portfolio.
