3 Storey 6 bedroom house, bought with severe damp problems and roof damage. Complete strip out, re-wire and new heating system, plus roof repair, re-plaster throughout, new kitchen bathroom external window repairs and new doors fitted. Outside new double gates fitted to enable of road parking and rear garden dug out to allow for shingle drive.

NOTE: in this project we ran £10,000 over budget and still turned a nice profit.
