Our property journey began in 2007, with our first purchase of a buy-to-let which created our passion for property. From there, we attended many courses and have been studying the UK market for over 15 years. Our studies have taken us across the UK viewing various property types, researching different ‘goldmine’ areas and building lasting relationships with trade teams, estate agents, professionals and like minded people. Our passion for property is to provide high quality homes to people from all backgrounds and work with local councils to provide them with much needed specialist accommodation.

Our investment strategy is based around:

• Buying Below Market Value (BMV)
• Adding value through planning consent, refurbishment, development and releasing equity at a new higher value through finance or sale.
• Working with local councils to provide housing for their needs and in particular specialist dwellings for the vulnerable people schemes.

Our main investment area is focused in the town of Lowestoft and surrounding areas. With traditional saving accounts producing record low returns, we believe that now is an ideal time to be investing in property.

Why invest in the UK property market?

With the UK population now living a much longer lifespan than previously, the Government are continuing to struggle to support us into our retirement.  Pension schemes are no longer as sufficient and the return on savings in a bank is at an all time low.

From our experience, we have found that investing in property is by far the most risk adverse, hands off and financially rewarding option.  We are very fortunate to live in the UK and lots of people look to invest in property here.  Land is limited with the small size of the island and therefore prices continue to grow and property will continue to be in high demand. 

The UK is one of the most popular property markets in the world, it remains a clear opportunity to build long-term returns.  Therefore, UK investing is a reliable channel for maximising returns amidst low interest rates and such high demand.  Many regional areas across the UK remain affordable in the current market and are seeing incredible demand because of low supply.  This highlights the power of property investment within the UK where the market is heavily trending towards renting but cannot deliver the supply to meet demand.
